RESERVA PARAÍSO COLIBRÍ

This is a privately owned venture focused on the cloud forest and hydric resources in Bajo la Paz, San Ramón, Alajuela. The project is located in a region of significant value for Costa Ricans, particularly during the civil war of 1948. This area is cherished by birdwatching enthusiasts, where you can find various bird species such as the Esmeralda Cabeza Cobriza (Elvira cupreiceps) hummingbird, Pico de Lanza (Doryfera ludovicae) hummingbird, Quetzal, and Campana (Procnias tricarunculatus), among others sought by ornithologists and visitors. Additionally, our guests may have the chance to appreciate different species of frogs like the glass frogs (Cochranella spinosa) and mammals such as the tapir, Tolomuco (Eira barbara), pumas, wild pigs (saínos), and pizotes. Our visitors can enjoy all of this and more in our cozy, environmentally rooms.
